The Venerable Dr. John Mozingo serves as Vicar General of the Anglican Diocese of Saint Martin of Tours and Rector of Holy Cross Anglican Church in Winterville, North Carolina. A retired Army chaplain with 28 years of military service, he brings a background in pastoral care, leadership, and spiritual formation to parish and diocesan ministry. He holds a Doctor of Ministry from Liberty University and teaches ethics and religion as an adjunct instructor at Pitt Community College.
